Not only have I been representing buyers and sellers for the past 8 years, but I have held positions as a loan officer, operations manager for private lenders, have been responsible for the foreclosure facilitation with trustees, and have intensely worked with title departments and escrow officers to understand the title and escrow side of the transaction.
This experience has made a tremendous impact on my ability to provide my clients with detailed explanations and exceptional service.
I have earned my B.S. Degree in Education, which has been a tremendous benefit in this complex market. I have also purchased and sold many properties for investors to flip or hold as a cash flow rental. I have purchased and sold a number of homes myself. I have rehabbed homes myself, and operated as field supervisor for crews.
